民用高层建筑管道安装裕度影响因素研究
Study on Factors Affecting Pipeline Installation Margin of Civil High-Rise Buildings
摘要:
民用高层建筑硬连接技术的逐步应用使得管道连接的安装裕度明显下降。文章研究了偏差段管长、管道壁厚与管道压强对安装裕度的影响规律,得出结论:安装裕度随偏差段管长呈幂函数变化;保持管径不变增大壁厚或者保持壁厚不变减小管径等使管道增厚的措施都会增大安装裕度;管道压强的存在会降低安装裕度。
Abstract:
The gradual application of hard-connected technology for civil high-rise buildings has significantly reduced the installation margin of pipeline connections. In this paper, the law of influence affecting the installation margin is studied, which consists of the length of the deviation section, the wall thickness and the pressure. It is concluded that the installation margin changes with the power function of the length of the deviation section; keeping the diameter of the pipe unchanged, in-creasing the wall thickness or keeping the wall thickness constant, reducing the pipe diameter will increase wall thickness and thickening measures will increase the installation margin; the presence of pipe pressure will reduce the installation margin.
