丹江口水源涵养区绿色高效农业技术模式评价指标体系构建
Construction of the Evaluation Index System of Green and Efficient Agriculture in Danjiangkou Water Resource Conservation Area
摘要: 丹江口水库是国家重要战略资源承载地和全国水源保护敏感地区,为了促进丹江口水源涵养区绿色发展,中国农业科学院创建了丹江口水源涵养区绿色高效生态农业技术模式,绿色高效农业技术模式的评价,既要对绿色高效农业技术模式的某项具体技术进行评价,也要对整个绿色高效农业技术模式进行评价。本文围绕环境效益、经济效益和技术指标等方面构建的绿色高效农业技术模式评价指标体系,针对不同类型高效绿色农业技术的特点,构建了详细的三级评价指标,该指标体系可操作性强,旨在能全面、客观反映被评价高效绿色农业技术的实际情况。
Abstract: Danjiangkou Reservoir is an important strategic resource bearing area and water resources protection sensitive area in China. In order to promote the green development in Danjiangkou Water Conservation Area, one kind of green and efficient ecoagricultural technology model is established by the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences in Danjiangkou Water Conservation Area. To evaluate green and efficient agricultural technology model, it is required to evaluate a single green and efficient agricultural technology, and the whole model should also be evaluated. In this paper, ac-cording to the characteristics of different types of green and efficient agricultural technology, a detailed three-level evaluation index system is constructed based on the environmental benefits, the economic benefits and the technical indicators. The index system has strong operability and aims to be able to reflect the actual situation of the evaluated green and efficient agricultural technology.
