不堪否定之重：大学生心理弹性与自杀意念的关系——负面评价恐惧的中介作用
Unbearable Weight: The Relationship between College Students’ Psychological Resilience and Suicidal Ideation—The Mediating Role of Negative Evaluation of Fear
摘要: 探讨大学生心理弹性对自杀意念的影响中负面评价恐惧的中介作用，并根据研究目的修订适用于大学生群体的评价恐惧量表。本研究开展两项子研究：研究1将负面评价恐惧量表和正面评价恐惧量表进行整合和修订，形成适用于大学生的评价恐惧量表，并进行因素分析和相关分析验证其信效度；研究2应用修订后的评价恐惧量表，心理弹性量表和Beck自杀意念量表对大学生群体进行测试，探讨心理弹性、负面评价恐惧与自杀意念之间的相关关系，分别使用了传统的分步检验法与结构方程模型检验了负面评价恐惧的中介效应。研究结果发现：1) 修订后评价恐惧量表有两个维度，验证结构拟合指数较好，具有良好的信效度；2) 大学生心理弹性、负面评价恐惧与自杀意念三者均显著相关；3) 负面评价恐惧在大学生心理弹性对自杀意念的影响中发挥部分中介作用。结果表明，恢复和适应能力较差的人在困境下可能为他人的否定感到恐惧和痛苦，进而选择自杀行为进行逃避。本研究使评价恐惧量表本土化，并对量表进行了创新；此外，本研究为有关大学生自杀行为的研究提供了新的依据，对推进大学生心理健康教育工作具有重要意义。
Abstract: This paper discusses the mediating role of negative evaluation of fear in the influence of college students’ psychological resilience on suicidal ideation, and revises the evaluation fear scale ap-plicable to college students according to the research purpose. This study carried out two sub-studies: Study 1 integrated and revised the negative evaluation fear scale and the positive evaluation fear scale to form an evaluation fear scale suitable for college students, and carried out factor analysis and correlation analysis to verify its reliability and validity; Study 2 applied the revised evaluation fear scale, the psychological resilience scale and the Beck suicidal idea scale to test the group of college students, and explored the correlation between psychological resilience, negative evaluation fear and suicidal ideation, respectively using traditional step-by-step. The test method and structural equation model test the mediating effect of negative evaluation of fear. The results show that: 1) The revised evaluation fear scale has two dimensions, which proves that the structural fitting index is good and has good reliability and validity; 2) The psychological flexibility, negative evaluation fear and suicidal ideation of college students are significant Correlation; 3) Negative evaluation of fear plays a part in mediating the influence of college students’ psychological resilience on suicidal ideation. The results show that people with poor recovery and adaptability may be afraid and suffering for the negation of others in the predicament, and then choose suicidal behavior to escape. This study localized the evaluation fear scale and innovated the scale. In addition, this study provides a new basis for the study of college students’ suicidal behavior, and is of great significance to promote the mental health education of college students.
