摘要: 以3005铝合金为研究对象,研究了退火处理对3005铝合金板材组织与性能的影响规律。结果表明:3005铝合金在退火时发生软化现象,随着退火温度的增加,抗拉强度和屈服强度逐渐减小,而延伸率逐渐增加;而3005铝合金经冷轧变形后其显微组织为纤维状的条纹,经过退火处理后,合金内部发生回复与再结晶,再结晶开始温度为270℃。
Abstract: Taking 3005 aluminum alloy as the research object, the effects of cold rolling rate and annealing temperature on the microstructure and properties of the sheet were studied. The results show that the 3005 aluminum alloy softens during annealing. As the annealing temperature increases, the tensile strength and yield strength decrease gradually, and the elongation gradually increases. The microstructure of the 3005 aluminum alloy after cold rolling deformation is fibrous stripe. After annealing, the interior of the alloy recovers and recrystallizes, and the recrystallization starting temperature is 270˚C.
