小檗碱抑制幽门螺旋杆菌增殖的作用相关研究

Study on the Effect of Berberine on the Proliferation of Helicobacter pylori

摘要: 目的：研究小檗碱抑制幽门螺旋杆菌增殖的作用及其机制，为胃炎的治疗提供新的实验依据。方法：采用药物浓度递增法测定小檗碱对幽门螺杆菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和小檗碱联合甲硝唑、克拉霉素等药物不同浓度对幽门螺杆菌的抑制作用，寻找其MIC。结果：成功测得幽门螺杆菌26,695菌株、Ss1菌株和11,637菌株对小檗碱的MIC分别是32 μg/ml、32 μg/ml和8 μg/ml，联合抑菌：幽门螺杆菌26,695菌株、Ss1菌株和11,637菌株的MIC分别为小檗碱16 μg/ml联合甲硝唑4 μg/ml、小檗碱8 μg/ml联合甲硝唑4 μg/ml和小檗碱4 μg/ml联合甲硝唑2 μg/ml，结论：小檗碱能成功抑制幽门螺杆菌的增殖，联合耐药抑菌增殖明显。

Abstract: Objective: To study the inhibitory effect of berberine on the proliferation of Helicobacter pylori and its mechanism, so as to provide a new experimental basis for the treatment of gastritis. Methods: The minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) of berberine against Helicobacter pylori and the inhibitory effect of berberine combined with metronidazole and clarithromycin at different concentrations on Helicobacter pylori were determined by incremental concentration method. Results: The MIC of Helicobacter pylori strains 26,695, S1 and 11,637 against berberine were 32 μg/ml, 32 μg/ml and 8 μg/ml, respectively. Combined bacteriostasis: MIC of Helicobacter pylori strain 26,695, strain Ss1 and strain 11,637 were berberine 16 μg/ml combined with metronidazole 4 μg/ml, berberine 8 μg/ml combined with metronidazole 4 μg/ml, and berberine 4 μg/ml combined with metronidazole 2 μg/ml, respectively. Conclusion: Berberine can successfully inhibit the proliferation of Helicobacter pylori, and the combination of drug resistance and bacteriostasis is obvious.
