大学生负性生活事件与消极情绪:心理危机脆弱性的中介作用
Negative Life Events and Negative Emotions in College Students: Mediating Role of Psychological Crisis Vulnerability
摘要: 目的:探讨心理危机脆弱性在负性生活事件与消极情绪的关系中的作用机制。方法:采用青少年生活事件量表(ASLEC)、心理危机脆弱性量表、症状自评量表(SCL-90),对431名大学生进行问卷调查。结果:负性生活事件与心理危机脆弱性(r = 0.297, p < 0.01)和消极情绪(r = 0.544, p < 0.01)呈显著正相关,心理危机脆弱性与消极情绪呈显著正相关(r = 0.416, p < 0.01)。层次回归分析结果显示心理危机脆弱性在负性生活事件和消极情绪之间起部分中介作用。结构方程模型检验显示,方程各拟合指数良好(χ2/df = 4.242, IFI = 0.936, TLI = 0.917, CFI = 0.911, RMSEA = 0.087)。结论:负性生活事件可通过心理危机脆弱性预测大学生消极情绪水平。
Abstract: Objective: To explore the mechanism of vulnerability to psychological crisis in negative life events and psychological distress symptoms. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted among 431 medical students using adolescent life events scale (ASLEC), psychological crisis vulnerability scale and symptom self-rating scale (scl-90). Results: There was a significant positive correlation between negative life events and psychological crisis vulnerability (r = 0.297, p < 0.01) and negative emotions (r = 0.544, p < 0.01), and a significant positive correlation between psychological crisis vulnerability and negative emotions (r = 0.416, p < 0.01). The results of hierarchical regression analysis show that psychological crisis vulnerability plays a part of mediating role between negative events and negative emotions. Structural equation model test showed that the fitting indexes of the equations were good (χ2/df = 4.242, IFI = 0.936, TLI = 0.917, CFI = 0.911, RMSEA = 0.087). Conclusion: Negative life events can predict college students’ level of negative emotions through their vulnerability to psychological crisis.
