摘要: 目的：总结中医药治疗慢性胃炎的方法。方法：对2015年1月至2016年12月在门诊接受治疗的慢性胃炎患者168例的临床资料、治疗方法及治疗结果进行总结分析。结果：治疗1个月以上复查，治愈好转率达93.3%，幽门螺杆菌检查转阴率81.4%。2个月以上病情有反复5例，复治后症状完全消失。结论：根据中医辩证分型治疗慢性胃炎，明显改善了临床症状，提高了患者的生活质量，是治疗慢性胃炎的较好方法。

Abstract: Objective: To summarize the methods of TCM treatment of chronic gastritis. Methods: The clinical data, treatment methods and treatment results of 168 patients with chronic gastritis treated in outpatient clinic from January 2015 to December 2016 were summarized and analyzed. Results: After 1 month of review, the cure rate was 93.3% and Helicobacter pylori were found to be 81.4%. After 2 months, there were 5 cases, and the symptoms disappeared after 1 week. Conclusion: According to the dialectical classification of TCM, chronic gastritis has obviously improved the clinical symptoms and improved the quality of life of the patients, is a good way to the treatment of chronic gastritis.
