外国来华留学生《管理学》英文课程教学中的教学互动策略研究
Interactive Teaching Strategies in the English Course of Management for Foreign Students in China
摘要:
随着“一带一路”倡议的提出和我国高等教育国际化水平的不断提升,外国来华留学生的规模日益扩大。在针对外国来华留学生授课的课堂上,普遍面临着对于更高水平的教学互动的需求。然而,传统的课堂教学往往在教学互动上差强人意。本文结合所在高校的教学实践,以来华留学生《管理学》全英文课程为例,发展了一套加强教学互动的实现策略,包括引导鼓励策略、文化双融策略、多元共创策略和内容创新策略,旨在为经济管理类相关课程的教学互动提供一定的启示。
Abstract:
Along with the proposal of the “One Belt and One Road” initiative and the continuous internatio-nalization of China’s higher education around the world, the scale of foreign students studying in China is rapidly expanding in recent years. In the courses designed for foreign students in China, there is a general need for a higher level of teaching and learning interaction. However, the traditional classroom teaching methods in most Chinese universities are not capable to sufficiently satisfy the need for intensive teaching and learning interaction. Based on the teaching practices of the author’s university, the present paper takes the English-based “Management” course designed for international students specifically as an example to illustrate characteristics of foreign student classes. Furthermore, this paper develops a set of interactive strategies to strengthen the teaching and learning interactions within the classroom, including instructing and encouragement, cultural fusion, co-creating for both teachers and students, and the content innovation strategy. Accordingly, this study aims to offer implications for enhancing teaching and learning interactions in foreign student courses, especially those majored in economics and management.
