杭州购房摇号政策的满意度调查分析

Survey Analysis on the Satisfaction of Hang-zhou’s Home Purchase Show Policy

摘要: 随着杭州市住房量的急剧增加，针对商品住房市场出现的炒卖房号、捆绑搭售等违规行为，杭州有关部门正开展专项整治行动，从严打击各类违规行为。本篇论文主要探究杭州购房摇号政策满意度，以杭州市为例，主要采用描述性分析、交叉分析、因子分析和二元Logistic回归等方法进行数据处理，总结目前购房摇号的现状及摇号群体的满意程度。

Abstract: With the rapid increase of housing quantity in Hangzhou, the relevant departments in Hangzhou are carrying out special rectification actions to crack down on all kinds of irregularities in the commodity housing market, such as speculation, bundling and tying. This paper mainly explores the satisfaction degree of Hangzhou’s home purchase show policy. Taking Hangzhou as an example, it mainly uses descriptive analysis, cross-analysis, factor analysis and binary logistic regression to process data, and summarizes the current situation of house purchase and the satisfaction degree of the rocker group.
