网络时代独立学院学生管理创新模式研究——以运用微助教网络媒介为例

Innovative Mode of Student Management in Independent Colleges under the Network Age—Taking the Application of Network Media “Teaching Assistant” as an Example

摘要: 针对互联网背景下独立学院学生管理工作中存在的问题，以行为科学管理理论、传播学受众理论等为理论基础，利用文献法、访谈法等研究方法，借助“微助教”轻应用网络媒介，通过使用其签到、讨论和问答等功能，结合“互联网+”新兴教育管理模式，以“化繁为简，创新致用”为主题，围绕培育和践行社会主义核心价值观，在高校学生管理实践中，探索“微助教”全新高校班级管理创新模式。网络时代独立学院学生管理创新模式包括大学生日常思想政治教育、学生上课出勤管理、课堂话题互动、毕业生校外实时管理、学生事务性工作统计等五个模块。研究结果表明：该管理创新模式有利于提高学生管理的效率、透明度和满意度，促进大学生思想引领、安全教育等工作“化繁为简，创新致用”。

Abstract: In view of the current problems existing in the student management of independent colleges and taking Behavioral Scientific Management Theory and Communication Audience Theory as the theoretical basis, this paper aims at combining the new education management mode of “Internet+” with the application of Light App such as “Teaching Assistant”. With the theme of “simplification and innovation, application of innovation”, it focuses on cultivating and practicing the core values of socialism, exploring the “micro-teaching” new class management innovation mode in college students management practice. The innovative mode of student management in independent colleges in Network Era includes five modules: daily college students’ political education, attendance management of students, topic interaction in classroom, off campus real-time management for soon-to-graduate students, and student affairs statistics. The research results show that the management innovation model is conductive to improving the efficiency, transparency and satisfaction of student management, and validly promoting “Simplification and Innovation” in the work of guiding students’ ideological and safety Education.
