腹腔镜下开窗引流术治疗肝囊肿的护理

Nursing Care of Patients with Hepatic Cyst by Laparoscopic Fenestration

摘要: 目的：总结腹腔镜开窗引流术治疗肝囊肿的护理措施。方法：对51例行腹腔镜开窗引流术的肝囊肿患者，实施了术前健康指导，术后加强引流管的护理及并发症的观察。结果：术后住院时间5~12天。发生胆漏1例，经充分引流后胆汁样液体逐日减少，术后11天拔除腹腔引流管。结论：腹腔镜肝囊肿开窗引流术具有创伤小、安全性高、住院时间短等特点，做好术前指导，术后密切观察病情，及时发现和处理并发症，利于促进病人术后康复。

Abstract: Aims: To summarize the nursing measures of laparoscopic fenestration and drainage in the treatment of hepatic cyst. Methods: 51 patients with hepatic cyst who underwent laparoscopic fe-nestration and drainage were given preoperative health guidance, and nursing of drainage tube and observation of complications after operation were strengthened. Results: The hospital stay was 5 to 12 days after operation. Bile leakage occurred in 1 case. Bile-like fluid decreased day by day after full drainage, and abdominal drainage tube was removed 11 days after operation. Conclusions: Laparoscopic fenestration and drainage of hepatic cysts has the characteristics of minimal trauma, high safety and short hospitalization time. Good preoperative guidance, close observation after operation, timely detection and treatment of complications are conducive to the recovery of patients after operation.
