大学生基本心理需要与手机成瘾现状的调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of College Students’ Basic Psychological Needs and Mobile Phone Addiction

摘要: 本研究对呼和浩特市三所高校的大学生发放问卷进行调查分析，分析内容为大学生基本的心理需要满足程度现状和手机成瘾指数以及二者是否存在关联。调查结果如下：大学生基本心理需要满足程度总体属于中偏上水平，其中关系需要维度最显著，自主需要维度居中，胜任需要维度最低但也高于平均值；大学生基本心理需要满足程度在人口学变量如性别、年级中存在显著的差异，女生的心理需要满足程度显著高于男生，大一年级显著高于大二、大三、大四年级，而其它三个年级没有显著差异；问卷中大学生手机成瘾者的人数占总人数的35.4%，值得引起教育工作者的注意；大学生基本心理需要满足程度和手机成瘾关系密切，呈负相关。

Abstract: This study analyzes students’ questionnaire from three colleges in Hohhot. It analyzes the college students’ basic psychological need and mobile phone addiction’s index, as well as the existence of both. Survey results are as follows: college students’ basic psychological need belongs to upper level in general. The dimension of relationship needs is the most significant. The dimension of autonomy needs is the center, and the dimension of competency needs is the lowest but higher than the average. College students’ basic psychological need was significantly different in demographic variables such as gender, grade. Girls’ psychological need is significantly higher than boys and freshmen’s is significantly higher than the sophomore, junior, senior year students’. But there was no significant difference between the other three grades. College students addicted in mobile phone accounted for 35.2% of the total number in the questionnaire. This deserves the attention of education workers. College students’ basic psychological need is closely related to mobile phone addiction, and this relation is a negative correlation.
