文献计量学视角下我国中医健康管理研究探讨

Research on Chinese Traditional Medicine Health Management from the Perspective of Literature Metrology

摘要: 目的：探索我国中医健康管理的研究现状和发展趋势，为后续中医健康管理的研究提供参考。方法：以中国知网(CNKI)和万方数据库为数据来源，采用文献计量学方法对护理质量指标相关文献进行统计和分析。结果：检索筛选后最终纳入348篇有效文献，文献数量近年来增长幅度较大，研究内容主要集中在中医体质辨识、治未病及慢病健康管理等，基金支持力度较大，但文献质量较低、期刊分布相对分散、核心作者群尚未形成、跨机构合作不足。结论：建议相关研究学者在健康中国的“大健康”视野下，加强不同研究人员之间的交流与合作，推进中医健康管理可持续发展，实现人民群众全生命周期的中医健康管理。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the research status and development trend of Chinese medicine health management in China, provide a reference for subsequent TCM health management research. Methods: Taking China HowNet (CNKI) and ten thousand databases as data sources, using literature metrology method for nursing quality indicators related literature statistics and analysis. Results: After retrieval and screening, 348 valid literatures were finally included. The number of literatures has increased greatly in recent years. The research contents mainly focus on TCM constitution identification, treatment of non-disease and chronic disease health management. The fund supports strongly, however, the distribution of low-quality journals is relatively dispersed, and the core author group has not yet formed a lack of inter-agency cooperation. Conclusion: It is suggested that relevant researchers should strengthen the communication and cooperation between different researchers from the perspective of healthy China, so as to promote the sustainable development of TCM health management and realize the whole-life cycle health management of the people.
