高校班导师工作分层化推进的有效实践

Effective Practice of Layered Promotion Work for Class Tutors in College

摘要: 信息时代下，新生代大学生的综合素质不断提升，需求也不断变化。这一趋势下，高等学校人才培养不断推陈出新。高校班导师工作压力倍增。本文应用社会研究方法与实践的基础上，揭示高校班导师工作困境的现状与原因，并在此基础于提出分层化推进的可操作性建议，以期为其他高校班导师的工作提供借鉴。

Abstract: With information age, contemporary undergraduate’s educational demand changes continually with their higher and higher comprehensive quality. To this tendency, colleges and universities re-fresh the methods of talent cultivation, which gives class tutors more stress. Using social research method and practice, this paper reveals the present situation and causes of the work predicament of college tutor, and based on this, the practical suggestions for practical suggestion are proposed by step. This paper could be helpful to other class tutors in colleges.
