Analysis on the Protection of Investors’ Rights in Network Public Welfare Crowdfunding

摘要: 网络公益众筹在帮助受益人同时，也培育和发展了投资者的公民责任，促进了平等、博爱、互惠、信任的社会公益资本的形成。作为一种新型的公益模式，网络公益众筹虽为投资者提供了角色转换的平台，但并没有改变其弱势地位。现阶段，投资者权利保护在法律、制度、维权意识、救济途径上存在诸多不足。本文将以投资者为切入点，综合运用法律手段和制度手段，为其构建完整的权利保护体系。

Abstract: While helping the beneficiaries, the network public welfare crowdfunding also cultivates and de-velops the civic responsibility of investors and promotes the formation of social welfare capital of equality, fraternity, mutual benefit and trust. As a new type of public welfare model, network public welfare crowdfunding provides investors with a platform for role transformation, but has not changed its weak position. Now, there are many shortcomings in the protection of investor rights in law, system, awareness of rights and remedies. This article will take investors as the starting point and comprehensively use legal means and institutional means to build a complete rights protection system for them.
