多楔带张紧力对当量摩擦系数的影响规律

摘要: 针对汽车多楔带摩擦测试方法,通过多楔带截面受力分析,建立了当量摩擦系数计算公式,得到了张紧hu力对当量摩擦系数的影响规律,设计了汽车多楔带当量摩擦系数测试装置,进行了不同张紧力对当量摩擦系数的影响规律试验,实验结果表明,随张紧力增加,当量摩擦系数增大,试验结果与理论分析具有较好一致性,为汽车多楔带多轮传动设计提供了基础。
Abstract: Aiming at the test method of automobile multi-wedge belt friction, through the force analysis of multi-wedge belt cross section, the formula for calculating the equivalent friction coefficient is es-tablished, and the influence rule of tension on the equivalent friction coefficient is obtained. A test device for measuring the equivalent friction coefficient of automobile multi-wedge belt is designed, and the influence rule of different tension force on the equivalent friction coefficient is tested. The experimental results show that with the increase of tension force, the equivalent friction coefficient increases. Additionally, with the increase of equivalent friction coefficient, the experimental results are in good agreement with the theoretical analysis, which provides a basis for the design of multi-wedge belt multi-wheel drive.
