摘要: 我们每一个人都拥有更多的机会通过互联网接收到丰富的信息资源，网络视频就是其中信息来源之一。然而繁荣背后，视频分享网站的发展却使其成为了版权问题的重灾区，视频娱乐产业与版权人已不得不兵戎相见。然而，单一地认定网站侵权，整个视频分享产业就必然陷入赔偿的泥淖举步维艰；若对于其侵权一直保持暧昧的态度，版权人的利益和整个知识产权法的体系就会遭受冲击。如何寻求利益的平衡点，改善经营形态，是切除视频分享网站，去侵权毒瘤的最为关键的问题。

Abstract: Each of us has more opportunities to receive rich information resources through the Internet. Network video is one of the sources of information. However, behind the prosperity, the development of video sharing websites has made it a hard-hit area for copyright issues. The video entertainment industry and copyright owners have had to meet each other. However, if the website is infringed solely, the entire video-sharing industry will inevitably fall into the trap of compensation. If the attitude of infringement is always embarrassing, the interests of copyright owners and the entire system of intellectual property law will be affected. How to seek the balance of interests and improve the business model is the most critical issue to solve the infringement of video sharing websites.
