摘要: 介绍了基层聘用人员动态管理系统的研究背景；论文提出了系统的设计目标，对系统进行了详细的需求分析，在功能分析中，通过用例分析和用例描述，明确了系统的功能，给出了系统的总体功能包图和子功能包图，论文用实体关系图和数据表结构的形式进行了数据分析；最后对研究的内容进行了总结。

Abstract: This paper introduces the research background of the dynamic management system for grass-roots employee, puts forward the design goal of the system, carries out a detailed demand analysis of the system, defines the functions of the system through case analysis and case description, gives the overall function package diagram and sub-function package diagram of the system, and counts them in the form of entity relationship diagram and data table structure, and finally summarizes the content of the research.
