摘要: 随着体内脂肪塑形技术的不断发展,激光辅助融脂得到广泛应用。本文设计研发了激光辅助融脂中1064 nm/1320 nm双波段带通滤光膜,选择Ti3O5和SiO2作为高低镀膜材料进行膜系的设计与优化,利用分拆镀膜技术在衬底实现双面镀膜。采用离子辅助真空沉积技术,通过工艺优化,制备出满足光谱特性要求、牢固度要求及环境测试的双带通滤光膜。
Abstract: With the development of body fat molding technology, laser assisted liposuction has been widely used in this field. In this paper, the dual-band filter with 1064 nm/1320 nm was designed and developed, the special filter is used in laser assisted liposuction technology. Ti3O5 and SiO2 were selected as high and low coating materials for design and optimization of the film, the technology requirements were realized by using spin-off coating technology in substrate double-side. By means of and assisted deposition technology and process optimization, the dual-band filter which meets the requirements of spectral characteristics, firmness and environmental test is prepared.
