摘要: 本文综述了褐藻多糖和琼脂降胆固醇、降血糖、降血压的研究情况,为开发功能食品的研究者提供信息基础。
Abstract: This paper reviews the research progress of brown algae polysaccharide and agar in lowering cholesterol, blood sugar and blood pressure, and provides information basis for researchers who develop functional foods.
