摘要: 脊髓损伤(spinal cord injury, SCI)是一种较常见的严重致残性损伤，严重影响患者的生命安全和生存质量。尽早的采用科学的方法对脊髓损伤患者进行康复治疗，可以更好的改善脊髓损伤患者的运动功能和日常生活能力(activities of daily living, ADL)，提高脊髓损伤患者的生活质量。本文对脊髓损伤康复治疗现状进行论述，期望对脊髓损伤康复领域的研究起到参考作用。
Abstract: Spinal cord injury (SCI) is a common severe disability injury, which seriously affects the safety and quality of life of patients. Early rehabilitation with scientific methods can improve the motor func-tion and activities of daily living (ADL) of patients with spinal cord injury, and improve the quality of life of patients with spinal cord injury. This article reviews the current situation of rehabilitation treatment of spinal cord injury, hoping to play a reference role in the field of rehabilitation of spinal cord injury.
