幼儿父母人格中神经质与亲职压力关系：社会支持的中介作用

摘要: 采用亲职压力简表、社会支持量表和大五人格量表以湖北某地区的三家幼儿园的318名幼儿父母为被试，了解其亲职压力状况，考察幼儿父母的人格特点、社会支持与亲职压力的关系。结果发现：1) 大部分幼儿父母亲职压力水平非常高；2) 幼儿父母的社会支持对其亲职压力起负向预测作用，人格特点中的神经质因子对其亲职压力起正向预测作用，人格特点对社会支持起正向/负向预测作用；3) 社会支持在幼儿父母人格特点的神经质和亲职压力间起到部分中介的作用。研究结果说明，情绪稳定、责任感强、随和、追求新事物和外向的幼儿父母，社会支持越多，其亲职压力越低。
Abstract: Using the parent stress profile, social support scale and big five-personality scale, 318 children’s parents selected from three kindergartens in a certain area of Hubei province are investigated the relationship between parents’ personality characteristics, social support and parenting stress. The results show that: 1) most of the parenting stress level is very high; 2) children’s parents’ social support has a negative predictive effect on their parental pressure, the neuroticism factor in their personality has a positive predictive effect on their parental pressure, and the personality traits have a positive/negative predictive effect on social support; 3) social support plays a part of mediating role between neuroticism and parental pressure in children’s parental personality. The results show that among the parents of children with stable emotions, strong sense of responsibility, easygoing, pursuit of new things and extroversion, the more the social support, the lower the parental pressure.
