摘要: 专职教师是新常态下高校可持续发展的主力军，建设一支高素质的专职教师队伍是民办高校可持续发展的动力和源泉。通过对民办高校教师建设现状分析，提出了新时代民办高校专职教师队伍建设的几点思考，旨在对民办高校的可持续发展有一定借鉴作用。
Abstract: Full-time teachers are the main force of sustainable development of colleges and universities under the new normal situation. Building a high-quality full-time teachers team is the driving force and source of sustainable development of private colleges and universities. Based on the analysis of the present situation of the construction of teachers in private colleges and universities, this paper puts forward some thoughts on the construction of full-time teachers in private colleges and universities in the new era, aiming at providing some reference for the sustainable development of private colleges and universities.
