医学本科生创新能力培养体系的探索与实践

摘要: 创新创业教育是我国高等医学教育的重要内容。为提高西南医科大学医学本科生的创新能力，本研究以创新创业平台为基础，采用导师指导医学本科生开展科研项目为实践，着重培养医学本科生的创新思维和科研能力，取得了良好的效果。通过实践构建了适合培养医学本科生创新能力的系统性实践体系，促进了本校医学本科生创新能力的培养。
Abstract: The innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important content in the teaching and edu-cation of medical schools. To enhance the innovative abilities of medical undergraduate students of Southwest Medical University, this article elucidates the implementation modes and effects of tutorial system, which is an effective model for innovative education and used for training the medical undergraduate student’s innovative abilities in our training platform. During the training, the innovative thinking and scientific research ability are focused. And good results have been achieved. Based on the practice, we develop a new educational mode for the innovation and entrepreneurship education of medical undergraduate student. And it will further improve the medical undergraduate student’s spirit, awareness, and shills of innovation.
