城乡结合部土地资源可持续利用研究——以南京雨花区为例

摘要: 作为城市扩展的前沿阵地，城乡结合部无疑是土地资源利用变化最为激烈的地区，也是我国国土部门管理的薄弱环节。本文以南京雨花城乡结合部为例，深度分析这一城乡结合部的特征以及在发展过程期间其土地资源利用的问题，以此为出发点，根据凸显的问题给出了相应的对策，以期对我国城乡结合部土地资源可持续利用有所启示。
Abstract: As the frontier of urban expansion, the combination of urban and rural areas is the most intense land use and change area undoubtedly, and it is also a weak link in the management of China’s land department. Taking the urban and rural combination of Nanjing rain flower as an example, this paper deeply analyzes the characteristics of the urban fringe areas, and the problems of its land resources during the process of development, taking this as the starting point, and giving the corresponding countermeasures according to the prominent problems, in order to enlighten the sustainable utilization of land resources in the urban fringe areas of our country.
