湖北省生态清洁小流域建设现状及问题分析

摘要: 生态清洁小流域建设是未来水土保持生态建设的重点工作。湖北省从2006年开始生态清洁小流域建设探索,目前已经建设了100多条生态清洁小流域建设,目前生态清洁小流域建设已经成为小流域建设的主体。本文首先总结了湖北省生态清洁小流域探索实践的过程,然后通过省内部分典型生态清洁小流域的资料分析和现场调查,研究了湖北省生态清洁小流域建设存在的主要问题。结合其它省份的有效经验做法提出了湖北省生态清洁小流域建设的相关建议,为湖北省生态清洁小流域建设的加快开展提供参考依据。
Abstract: The construction of eco-clean small watershed will be an important work of soil erosion control in the future. Hubei Province began to explore the construction of eco-clean small watersheds in 2006, and more than 100 eco-clean small watersheds have been built. This paper summarized the process of exploration and practice of eco-clean small watersheds in Hubei Province. Through the data analysis and investigation of typical eco-clean small watersheds, the main problems in the construction of eco-clean small watersheds were studied. In order to promote the construction of eco-clean small watershed in Hubei Province, some suggestions on the construction were proposed based on effective experience in other provinces.
