全程优质护理在多发性肋骨骨折并血气胸患者护理质量与满意度的影响

Effect of Quality Nursing on Nursing Quality and Satisfaction of Patients with Multiple Rib Fractures Complicated with Hemopneumothorax

摘要: 目的：探讨全程优质护理对多发性肋骨骨折合并血气胸患者护理质量和满意度的影响。方法：选择本院2014年6月~2018年7月收治的104例多发性肋骨骨折合并血气胸患者为研究对象，以随机抽样法1:1分为参照组和研究组各52例，参照组采取常规护理，研究组采取全程优质护理，观察对比两组患者护理质量和护理满意度。结果：研究组骨折愈合时间、胸痛、咳嗽、呼吸困难消失时间、住院时间、并发症发生率均低于参照组，且护理满意度评分高于参照组，P < 0.05。结论：全程优质护理可缩短多发性肋骨骨折合并血气胸患者骨折愈合时间，改善血气胸各项临床症状，减少并发症发生率，提高护理满意度，值得临床应用。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the effect of high quality nursing on nursing quality and satisfaction of patients with multiple rib fracture complicated with hemopneumothorax. Methods: 104 patients with multiple rib fracture complicated with hemopneumothorax were selected from June 2014 to July 2018 in our hospital. The patients were randomly divided into two groups: control group (n = 52) and study group (n = 52). Routine nursing was performed in the reference group (n = 52) and the control group (n = 52). The quality and satisfaction of nursing were observed and compared between the two groups. Results: The time of fracture healing, chest pain, cough, time of disap-pearance of dyspnea, length of hospitalization and incidence of complications in the study group were lower than those in the reference group. The score of nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: High quality nursing can shorten the healing time of multiple rib fracture with hemopneumothorax, improve the clinical symptoms of hemopneu-mothorax, reduce the incidence of complications and improve nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical application.
