加速康复外科理念对胸腔镜肺癌根治术患者护理效果、相关时间指标及心理状态分析

Effect of Quality Nursing on Nursing Quality and Satisfaction of Patients with Multiple Rib Fractures Complicated with Hemopneumothorax

摘要: 目的：探讨加速康复外科理念对胸腔镜肺癌根治术患者的护理效果。方法：选择本院2016年9月~2018年10月收治的124例胸腔镜肺癌切除术患者为研究样本，以简单随机法分为参照组和干预组各62例，参照组采取常规护理，干预组在常规护理基础上应用加速康复外科理念。对比两组患者疼痛评分、相关时间指标、心理状态评分、并发症发生率和生存质量。结果：干预组NRS疼痛评分、拔管时间、排气时间、抗生素使用时间、下床活动时间、住院时间、SAS、SDS评分、并发症发生率均低于参照组，且QOL生存质量评分高于参照组，P < 0.05。结论：加速康复外科理念应用于腹腔镜肺癌根治术患者的围术期护理中能有效缓解患者疼痛、缩短康复时间，纠正患者不良心理状态，改善生存质量，值得临床应用。

Abstract: Objective: To study the effect of accelerated rehabilitation surgery on the nursing of patients with video-assisted thoracoscopic lung cancer. Methods: 124 cases of video-assisted thoracoscopic lung cancer who were admitted to our hospital from September 2016 to October 2018 were selected as the study samples. In the reference group and the intervention group, 62 cases were divided into the reference group and the intervention group. The routine nursing was adopted in the reference group. The intervention group applied the accelerated rehabilitation surgical idea on the basis of routine nursing. The pain scores, the relevant time index, the psychological state score, the com-plication rate and the quality of life of the two groups were compared. NRS pain score, extubation time, exhaust time, antibiotic use time, time to get out of bed, length of hospital stay, SAS, SDS score, and complication rate were lower than the reference group; The QOL quality of life score was higher than the reference group, P < 0.05.. Conclusion: The application of accelerated rehabilitation surgery in the perioperative nursing of patients with radical operation of laparoscopic lung cancer can effectively relieve the pain of the patient, shorten the recovery time, correct the patient’s poor psychological state, improve the quality of life, and be worthy of clinical application.
