我国社会企业的发展困境研究

A Study on the Dilemma of the Development of Social Enterprises in China

摘要: 社会企业是通过商业手段实现社会目标的组织。我国社会企业经过了十几年的发展，已经成为社会治理的重要一元，但是由于其仍处于起步阶段，各种挑战和困境不可避免。当前我国社会企业存在由外部环境和社会企业自身所导致的多重困境，即法律困境、观念困境、认同困境、资金困境、能力困境和人才困境，而走出以上困境、走向可持续发展需要政府、社会企业和社会公众的共同努力和协同治理。

Abstract: The social enterprise is the organization that realizes the social goal through the commercial means. After more than ten years of development, China’s social enterprises have become an im-portant element of social governance, but as it is still in its infancy, all kinds of challenges and difficulties are inevitable. At present, social enterprises in our country have multiple dilemmas caused by external environment and social enterprises themselves, that is, legal dilemma, concept dilemma, identification dilemma, fund dilemma, capacity dilemma and talent dilemma, and getting out of these dilemmas and moving towards sustainable development requires the joint efforts and cooperative governance of the government, social enterprises and the public.
