摘要: 本文综述了患者报告结局在结直肠癌治疗中的应用,探讨了它对患者预后判断,对临床医生治疗决策,对全面评价患者生活质量以及对评价患者放化疗后不良反应的指导作用,并阐述了我国目前的现状及存在的问题。
Abstract: This article reviews the application of patient reported outcomes in the treatment of colorectal cancer, and discusses its role in the prognosis of patients, the decision-making of clinicians, the overall evaluation of patients’ quality of life, and the evaluation of adverse reactions after chemo-radiotherapy. It also expounds the current situation and existing problems in China.
