摘要: 高校课堂教学质量不仅反映出一所大学的综合实力，而且直接影响着人才培养质量。教学中合理地应用师生角色互换教学法，能够充分发挥学生的主体作用，培养学生的自学能力和思维能力，提高学生的综合素质。因此，高校课堂中实施师生角色互换教学法有利于培养适应社会需求的人才。

Abstract: The quality of classroom teaching in universities not only reflects the comprehensive strength of a university, but also directly affects the quality of personnel training. The role swap between teacher and student can fully help us to play the students’ principal role, cultivate students’ self-learning ability and thinking ability, and improve students’ comprehensive quality. Therefore, the implementation of the teacher-student role interchange teaching method can help universities to cultivate talents who meet the needs of society.
