摘要: 项目遗留问题是影响油气长输管道竣工验收及结算的重要因素。结合管道局9个油气长输管道工程项目收尾的遗留问题，通过分析找出了重点控制内容，并提出了解决措施。
Abstract: The remaining problems of the project were the important factors affecting the completion ac-ceptance and settlement of the long-distance oil and gas pipeline. Combined with the remaining problems of 9 long-distance pipeline projects executed by China Petroleum Pipeline Engineering Co. Ltd., the key control content is found out by analysis, and measures for solving the problems are proposed.
