The Progress and Settlement Management of International EPC Project Subcontract

摘要: 在海外EPC (engineering procurement construction)项目中，对分包商的管控关系着项目的成败，其中对分包合同进度估算的管理是重中之重。针对国际油气管道EPC项目，从进度结算申请、最终结算、进度结算支付3个方当面阐述了对分包合同进度结算的管理。

Abstract: In the overseas EPC (engineering procurement construction) project, the management and control of the project subcontracting was related to success of the project. The first important work was the management of progress estimate of subcontractor. Based on the EPC project of international oil and gas pipeline, the management of progress and settlement of the subcontractors are denoted from the aspects of the progress and settlement and application, final settlement, and the progress settlement and advanced payment.
