不同采收模式对烤烟烘烤质量及能耗的影响

摘要: 为明确云烟87品种优化结构后适宜的采收模式,采用烘烤试验,研究不同采收方法对烤烟烘烤过程内在物质代谢、用工能耗、产值效益及感官质量的影响。结果表明,随着采收次数的增多,促进了中部叶总糖和还原糖的代谢生成,加速了中部叶淀粉的降解;五次采收与对照(六次采收)相比用工能耗降低4.9%,上等烟比例和橘黄烟比例分别提升3.4%、2.1%;五次采收对中部叶劲头、浓度、余味有明显改善效果,烟叶整体燃烧性明显提升。可见,优化结构后的云烟87采用整株五次采烤模式效果较好。
Abstract: In order to clarify the suitable harvesting mode of flue-cured tobacco (variety Yunyan 87) after in-applicable leaf removal, the effects of different harvesting methods on the internal substance metabolism, energy consumption, output value benefit and sensory quality of flue-cured tobacco during curing process were studied. The results showed that with harvesting times, the metabolism of total sugar and reducing sugar in the middle leaves was promoted, and the degradation of starch was accelerated. Compared with the control (six harvesting times), the energy consumption of five harvesting times was reduced by 4.9%, the proportion of top-grade and orange tobacco increased by 3.4% and 2.1%, respectively. The smoke strength, concentration and aftertaste of the middle leaves and tobacco combustibility were improved significantly in five harvesting times test group. It can be seen that using five times of harvesting and flue-curing for the whole plant is better than other modes.
