灌区现代化建设及管理中的技术需求探讨

Discussion on Technical Needs of Irrigation District Modernization Construction and Management

摘要: 灌区是一种集多种水利工程于一体，服务范围较为广泛，具有防洪、发电、航运等水利功能的建筑群，为保障灌区周边的农业生产和生活起到至关重要的作用。现代化技术的不断发展以及先进的管理机制为灌区现代化建设突破发展瓶颈提供了前提条件。本文基于我国灌区现代化建设的发展需求，探讨灌区现代化发展过程中所需要的关键技术，为灌区现代化建设指明发展方向。

Abstract: Irrigation area is a kind of building complex which integrates a variety of water conservancy projects and has a wide range of services. It has water conservancy functions such as flood control, power generation, shipping and so on. It plays a vital role in ensuring agricultural production and life around the irrigation area. The continuous development of modern technology and advanced management mechanism provide preconditions for the modernization of irrigation areas to break through the bottleneck of development. Based on the development needs of irrigation area modernization in China, this paper discusses the key technologies needed in the process of irrigation area modernization, and points out the development direction for irrigation area modernization.
