腹腔镜治疗急性胆囊炎综合护理效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Laparoscopic Treatment of Acute Cholecystitis

摘要: 目的：探讨腹腔镜治疗急性胆囊炎患者的围术期护理干预方法及效果。方法：以我院在2017年4月到2018年7月期间就诊急性胆囊炎患者90例为对象，对患者采取自主抽签方法，将其中的45例分为对照组实施常规护理，另外45例实施综合护理干预，比较患者术后并发症、护理满意度及住院时间指标。结果：观察组术后并发症明显低于对照组(P < 0.05)，住院时间较对照组明显缩短(P < 0.05)，观察组的护理满意度也显著高于对照组(P < 0.05)。结论：急性胆囊炎患者实施积极腹腔镜围术期综合护理干预，能明显降低术后并发症，且缩短住院时间，提升患者整体的护理满意度，具有积极的推广价值。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the perioperative nursing intervention and effect of laparoscopic treat-ment of patients with acute cholecystitis. Methods: A total of 90 patients with acute cholecystitis were enrolled in our hospital from April 2017 to July 2018. The patients were randomly selected for the routine treatment of 45 patients in the control group and 45 patients in the comprehensive group. Nursing interventions were used to compare postoperative complications, care satisfaction, and length of hospital stay. Results: The postoperative complications of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05). The hospitalization time was significantly shorter than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the ob-servation group was also significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of active laparoscopic perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with acute cholecystitis can significantly reduce postoperative complications, shorten the length of hospital stay, improve the overall nursing satisfaction of patients, and has positive pro-motion value.
