克霉唑栓配合复方黄松洗液治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病135例疗效观察

Clinical Observation on 135 Cases of Clotrimazole Suppository Combined with Compound Huangsong Lotion in Treatment of Recurrent Vulvovaginal Candidiasis

摘要: 目的：观察克霉唑栓配合复方黄松洗液治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌察的疗效。方法：135例在校女大学生外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者，给予克霉唑栓配合复方黄松洗液治疗，观察其效果。结果：135例患者中治愈95例，占70.37%；好转33例，占24.44%；无效7例，占5.19%。总有效率94.81%。结论：克霉唑栓配合复方黄松洗液治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病疗效显著，经济实用。

Abstract: Objective: To observe the efficacy of clotrimazole suppository combined with compound Huangsong lotion in the treatment of vulvovaginal Candida cerevisiae. Methods: Effect of clotrimazole suppository combined with compound Huangsong lotion on 135 female college students with vul-vovaginal candidiasis. Results: Among 135 cases, 95 cases (70.37%) were cured, 33 cases (24.44%) were improved, 7 cases (5.19%) were ineffective. The total effective rate was 94.81%. Conclusion: Clotrimazole suppository combined with compound Huangsong lotion is effective and economical in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis.
