农业水利工程专业毕业设计的制度管理创新与实践

System Management Innovation and Practice of Graduation Design for Agricultural Water Conservancy Engineering

摘要: 毕业设计(论文)是实现本科生培养目标的重要教学环节，在提高人才培养质量上具有不可替代的作用，而加强规范化管理是提高毕业设计(论文)质量的抓手。论文针对河海大学农业水利工程专业在毕业设计(论文)管理方面的实践，重点从规范基层管理制度角度，总结了包括纪律管理、选题更新、成绩管理和学术不端检测等方面的创新做法，实践结果表明一系列管理规章制度的出台与实施，规范了毕业设计(论文)实践教学的管理，提高了毕业设计(论文)水平和质量，有力地促进了实践教学水平的提升，相关的管理制度创新做法可以作为相关专业毕业设计(论文)规范化管理的参考依据。

Abstract: Graduation design or thesis is an important part to achieve the goal of undergraduate training. Standardized management is the key to improve the quality of graduation design. Taking agricultural engineering specialty of Hohai University, this paper summarizes the innovative practices including discipline management, topic selection renewal, achievement management and academic misconduct detection. The practice results show that a series of management rules and regulations improved the level and quality of graduation design and promoted the level of practical teaching. These innovative management practices can be used as a reference for the standardized management of graduation design of relevant specialties.
