品管圈对精神科老年病房跌倒管理的影响

摘要: 目的：探讨品管圈(QCC)活动对精神科老年病房住院患者跌倒发生率的影响。方法：通过成立QCC小组，对女性老年病人跌倒情况的调查与分析，制定活动计划，实施方案。结果：患者跌倒发生率由18.27%降至8.60%。结论：QCC活动能够有效降低跌倒的发生率。
Abstract: Objective: To investigate the effect of quality control circle (QCC) activity on the incidence of falls in hospitalized patients in psychiatric geriatric wards. Methods: Through the establishment of the QCC group, the investigation and analysis of the fall of female elderly patients, activity plans were developed, and plans were implemented. Results: The incidence of falls fell from 18.27% to 8.60%. Conclusion: QCC activity can effectively reduce the incidence of falls.
