烟台市社会保险基金运营情况分析及相关对策建议

Analysis on the Operation of Social Insurance Fund in Yantai City and Relevant Countermeasures and Suggestions

摘要: 随着日前全球人民预期寿命的延长，加之我国的计划生育政策长期约束，我国人口老龄化问题日渐严重，此问题间接扩大了社会保险基金的缺口，给我国正常社保制度的落实增加了难度。本文以人口老龄化背景下的社会保险基金运营作为切入点，以烟台市2016年社会保险基金数据为基础，结合近年来全国社保基金运营情况，分析了接下来社保基金运营与投资管理应注意的问题，并结合现阶段我国社会发展形势提出针对性建议，为后续工作的顺利开展提供参考借鉴。

Abstract: With the extension of the life expectancy of the people all over the world and the long-term re-striction of the family planning policy in China, the problem of population aging in China is be-coming more and more serious. This problem indirectly widens the gap of social insurance funds and makes it more difficult to implement the normal social security system in China. Taking the operation of social insurance fund under the background of population aging as the breakthrough point, based on the data of Yantai social insurance fund in 2016 and the operation situation of national social insurance fund in recent years, this paper analyses the problems that should be paid attention to in the operation and investment management of social security funds, and puts forward some pertinent suggestions based on the current situation of social development in China, so as to provide reference for the smooth development of follow-up work.
