医护合作健康教育在心导管室介入手术中应用的效果观察

目的:探讨医护合作健康教育在心脏介入手术中发挥的重要作用。方法选取2019年1月于我院择期进行心脏介入手术的200名患者为研究对象,将患者随机分为两组,分别为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规健康教育,观察组进行术前、术中及术后三阶段医护合作健康教育。对两组患者的术前恐惧心理、术中配合度以及术后满意率进行对比分析。结果:观察组的术前恐惧心理明显少于对照组患者,手术配合度明显优于比对照组患者,对护理工作的满意度明显优于对照组患者(P < 0.05)。结论:医护合作健康教育在心脏介入手术中的运用能够明显提升护理效果,值得大力推广。
Abstract:
Objective: This article is to probe into the importance of physician-nurse cooperative health edu-cation in cardiovascular interventional surgeries. Methods: A total of 200 patients admitted to our hospital for cardiovascular interventional surgeries in January 2019 were selected as subjects. The patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group and the observation group, respectively. The control group was given routine health education, and the observation group was given preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative physician-nurse cooperative health education. The two groups were compared and analyzed in the preoperative fear, intraoperative cooperation and postoperative satisfaction. Results: The patients of the observation group significantly had less preoperative fear, better operation cooperation and better satisfaction of the nursing than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusions: The application of physician-nurse cooperative health education in cardiovascular interventional surgeries can significantly improve nursing effects, which is worth vigorously promoting.
