当代大学生压力源量表的编制
Development of the Stressor Scale for Contemporary College Students
摘要: 目的:编制用于测量当代大学生压力源的量表,并进行信效度检验。方法:通过访谈法编制初步量表,对288名大学生进行施测,以便进行数据分析。结果:最终量表共31个项目,包含发展困扰型压力源、个人管理型压力源、消极事件型压力源、人际交往型压力源4个维度。EFA显示各因子负荷在0.45至0.91之间,方差累积解释率为61.27%。总量表的内部一致性系数为0.95,各因子的内部一致性系数在0.85至0.94之间。效标效度为0.46 (p < 0.01);区分效度和聚合效度良好,各维度间的相关在0.57至0.67之间,各维度与总分间的相关在0.82至0.86之间;CFA的拟合结果也支持了结构效度。结论:本研究编制的当代大学生压力源量表具有良好的信效度,可用于测量当代大学生的压力源。
Abstract:
Objective: To develop a scale to measure stressors of contemporary college students, and to test its reliability and validity. Methods: A preliminary scale developed by interviewing was administered to 288 college students for the sake of data processing. Results: A scale containing 31 items was finally obtained, which was divided into four dimensions: developmental distresses, personal managements, negative events and interpersonal interactions. EFA showed that factor loads ranged from 0.45 to 0.91, and the variance cumulative interpretation rate was 61.27%. The Cronbach’s alpha of the scale was 0.95, and that of four factors ranged from 0.85 to 0.94. The criterion validity was 0.46 (p < 0.01). The scale had good discriminant and convergent validity, with correlations between each dimension ranging from 0.57 to 0.67, and those between each dimension and the scale ranging from 0.82 to 0.86. CFA also supported its structural validity. Conclusion: The Stressor Scale developed in this study had good reliability and validity, and could be used to measure stressors of contemporary college students.
