长效及短效糖皮质激素在闭角型青光眼急性发作期联合降眼压药物对眼内压的临床评估

Clinical Evaluation of Long Acting and Short Acting Glucocorticoid on Intraocular Pressure during Acute Episode of Angle-Closure Glaucoma Combined with IOP Drugs

摘要: 目的：评估长效及短效糖皮质激素在闭角型青光眼急性发作联合传统降眼压药物降眼压的效果。方法：将42名闭角型青光眼急性发作期患者病例分成使用常规药物组、常规药物加妥布霉素地塞米松眼液组、常规药物加氟米龙眼液组，观察各组患者用药后3天眼压变化情况，进行统计分析。结果：1) 常规药物治疗组与常规药物加妥布霉素地塞米松眼液组治疗后眼压下降幅度分析(P = 0.005)，差异有统计学意义；2) 常规药物治疗组与常规药物加氟米龙眼液组治疗后眼压下降幅度分析(P = 0.629)，差异无统计学意义。结论：1) 急性闭角型青光眼治疗时除常规降眼压药物，可加用妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液3次/日，增强降眼压幅度。2) 常规药物加用氟米龙眼液3次/日，与单独使用常规药物相比，未增强降眼压幅度。

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate of long acting and short acting glucocorticoid in the treatment of acute angle-closure glaucoma combined with Traditional medicine for lowering IOP. Method: The 42 cases of patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma period using conventional drug groups, the use of conventional drugs and tobramycin dexamethasone eye drops group, using conventional drugs with Flumiron eye drops group. The changes of intraocular pressure 3 days after medication were observed and statistically analyzed. Results: 1) The reduction of intraocular pressure in the conventional drug treatment group and the conventional drug treatment group with tobramycin and dexamethasone eye drops after treatment was analyzed (P = 0.005), and the difference was statistically significant. 2) There was no statistically significant difference in IOP between the conventional drug treatment group and the conventional drug plus flumiron eye drops group (P = 0.629). Conclusion: 1) In the treatment of acute angle-closure glaucoma, tobramycin and dexamethasone eye drops 3 times/day can be used in addition to conventional drugs to reduce IOP, which can enhance the range of IOP. 2) Compared with the use of conventional drugs alone, the conventional drugs plus flumiron eye drops 3 times/day did not enhance the range of IOP.
