旅游企业合理利用民间资本的对策探讨——以大连市金州区为例

Countermeasures for Tourism Enterprises to Make Rational Use of Private Capital—Taking Jinzhou District, Dalian as an Example

摘要: 本文围绕大连市民间资本现状与旅游业开发对策进行探讨，主要分析大连市金州区合理利用地区资源活化旅游业的措施。近年来，民间资本越来越受到国家政府的重视与支持，政策鼓励下金州区旅游企业得到更好更快的发展，同时带动大连市旅游经济的繁荣。但是旅游资源仍有很大一部分没有被充分利用起来，造成资源的浪费。在国家和辽宁省政府出台鼓励旅游业发展的大方向下，根据大连金州区地区资源和民间资本的发展现状，对大连金州区旅游企业利用民间资本活化旅游产业进行可行性分析，并且提出相应的对策，进而促进地区旅游业的发展。

Abstract: This paper focuses on the current situation of private capital in Dalian and the Countermeasures of tourism development. It mainly analyses the measures of rationally utilizing regional resources to activate tourism in Jinzhou District of Dalian City. In recent years, private capital has been paid more and more attention and support by the national government. The policy encourages the tourism enterprises in Jinzhou District to get better and faster development, and at the same time promotes the prosperity of tourism economy in Dalian. However, a large part of tourism resources is still not fully utilized, resulting in waste of resources. Under the general direction of encouraging tourism development issued by the state and Liaoning Provincial Government, according to the present situation of resources and private capital development in Jinzhou District of Dalian, this paper makes a feasibility analysis on the use of private capital to activate tourism industry in Jinzhou District of Dalian, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures, so as to promote the development of regional tourism.
