石油长输管道自动焊连头工艺的研究

摘要: 管道全位置自动焊技术焊接速度快、焊接质量稳定,是比较成熟的管道施工技术。对石油长输管道施工过程中管道连头自动焊连头工艺特点进行了对比。同时对选择的CRC P-260焊接设备进行改造。实践证明,自动焊连头工艺可以改善连头焊口的力学性能,显著提高管道连头焊口的焊接合格率,从总体上提高长输管道运行可靠性。
Abstract: All-position automatic welding of pipeline was a more mature pipeline construction technology that has the advantage of high welding quality and fast speed. This paper researched on the tie-in automatic welding process during long-distance pipeline construction. At the same time, the selected CRC P-260 welding equipment was modified. Practice proves that the automatic welding tie-in technology can improve the mechanical properties of the joint, significantly improve the welding qualified rate of the pipeline joint, and improve the operation reliability of the long distance pipeline as a whole.
