摘要: 采购管理经验和教训是知识共享中的重要内容。将知识共享应用在国际油气管道项目采购管理中，不但可以服务其他现行项目，还可以指导后续中标项目及投标项目。以实际案例详述知识共享在国际油气管道项目采购管理工作中的应用及其实施过程中应注意的事项。

Abstract: The experience and lessons of procurement management were the important contents in the knowledge commons of international project. The application of knowledge commons in pro-curement management of international projects can not only serve existing projects, but also guide subsequent winning projects and bidding projects. In this thesis, by taking some examples, the application of knowledge commons in procurement management of international project is discussed and several considerations in the application of knowledge commons are described in detail.
