分散学习法在糖尿病患者胰岛素笔注射技术宣教中的应用
Application of Distributed Learning Method in the Education of Insulin Pen Injection Technology for Diabetic Patients
摘要: 目的:探讨分散学习法在糖尿病患者胰岛素自行注射技术教学中的应用。方法:将60例住院糖尿病患者按随机数字表分成观察组30例和对照组30例,观察组采用分散学习方法将常规宣教内容分次对患者进行胰岛素注射技术教学,对照组采用常规单次集中学习法对患者进行胰岛素注射技术教育。在出院时,比较两组之间胰岛素注射技术的掌握程度。结果:通过干预,观察组患者胰岛素注射技术高于对照组(P < 0.05)。结论:分散学习法有助于提高患者胰岛素自我注射技术,值得临床推广。
Abstract: Objective: To explore the application of decentralized learning in the teaching of insulin self-injection in diabetic patients. Methods: 60 inpatients with diabetes were divided into the observation group (30 cases) and the control group (30 cases) according to the random number table. The observation group was divided into two groups by using decentralized learning method. The control group was given insulin injection technology education by using single centralized learning method. The mastery of insulin injection technique was compared between the two groups at discharge. Results: Through intervention, the insulin injection technology of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Distributed learning method is helpful to improve the insulin self-injection technology of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
