嗪草酮·砜嘧·烯草酮28%悬浮剂高效液相色谱分析方法

Analysis Method of Metribuzin Rimsulfuron Clethodim 28% Suspension Concentrate by HPLC

摘要: 本文介绍了采用高效液相色谱法，以甲醇、乙腈和0.5%冰酸溶液为流动相，使用CAPCELL PAK-C18、150 mm * 4.6 mm (i,d)、5 µm为填料的不锈钢柱和紫外阵列检测器，在254 nm波长下测定嗪草酮、砜嘧磺隆和烯草酮的含量，本方法标准偏差分别为0.0472、0.0296和0.0191，变异系数分别为0.3903%、0.9575%和0.1472%，平均回收率分别为100.12%、100.10%和100.03%，线性相关系数分别为0.9998、1.0000和1.0000。

Abstract: A method for separation and quantitative analysis of Metribuzin Rimsulfuron Clethodim by HPLC with methanol, acetonitrile and 0.5% acetic acid solution as mobile phase, CAPCELL PAK-C18, 150 mm * 4.6 mm (i,d), 5 µm column and UV at 254 nm wavelength was described. The result showed that the standard deviations were 0.0472, 0.0296 and 0.0191, the variation coefficients were 0.3903%、0.9575% and 0.1472%, the average recoveries were 100.1%、100.1% and 100.0%, the linear correlation coefficients were 0.9998, 1.0000 and 1.0000.
