陕西地方本科院校研究生学习满意度影响因素研究——以宝鸡文理学院为例
A Study on the Influencing Factors of Postgraduate Learning Satisfaction in Shaanxi Universities—Take Baoji College of Arts and Sciences as an Example
摘要:
为调查陕西地方本科院校研究生学习满意度的现状及其影响因素,提升教学教育质量,本研究调查了宝鸡文理学院141名硕士研究生的学习满意度情况。得出如下结论:1) 研究生的学习满意度处于较高水平,但还有待提高;2) 研究生的学习满意度存在年龄差异,25~29岁的研究生学习满意度最低,30岁以上的研究生学习满意度最高;3) 研究生的学习满意度存在年级差异,研究生一年级最高,研究生二年级次之,研究生三年级最低;4) 研究生的学习满意度在学生是否对其专业有兴趣上存在差异,具有专业兴趣的研究生学习满意度更高;5) 研究生的学习满意度在学生是否愿意推荐他人来本校就读上存在差异,愿意推荐他人来本校就读的学生学习满意度更高;6) 研究生的学习满意度在学生是否具有工作经历上存在差异,无工作经历的研究生在对学习环境的满意度上更高。
Abstract:
In order to investigate the present situation of graduate students’ learning satisfaction and its influencing factors, and to improve the quality of teaching and education in our school, 141 graduate students in Baoji College of Arts and Sciences were investigated by questionnaire methods. The following conclusions were drawn: 1) the degree of satisfaction of graduate students was at a higher level, but still needed to be improved; 2) there was an age difference in the degree of satisfaction of graduate students. 25~29 years old graduate students had the lowest degree of satisfaction, and those over 30 years old had the lowest degree of satisfaction; 3) the degree of satisfaction of graduate students was the highest in the first grade, the second in the second grade and the lowest in the third grade; 4) the degree of satisfaction of graduate students was different in whether they were interested in their major or not, and the degree of satisfaction of graduate students with professional interest was higher; 5) the degree of satisfaction of graduate students was different in whether they were willing to recommend others to their school, and the students who were willing to recommend others to study in this school were more satisfied with learning; 6) there were differences in the degree of satisfaction of graduate students in terms of whether they had work experience or not, and the graduate students who had no work experience were in the learning environment.
