摘要: 采用能谱分析、夹杂物分析、微观组织分析等手段,研究了304不锈钢棒材表面缺陷的产生原因;产生表面缺陷的直接原因,是由连铸棒坯在轧制过程中受力形成的拉痕,拉痕的产生是由外部的缺陷或润滑不良引起的。
Abstract: The cause of surface defects of 304 stainless steel bars was studied by means of SEM energy analysis, inclusion analysis, microstructure analysis and so on. The direct cause of the surface defect is determined by the pull mark, which caused by the force exerted on the CC rod during the rolling process. The formation of the pull mark is caused by the external defects or poor lubrication.
